Criminal gangs could face death by private finance initiative
Gordon Brown has admitted he is thinking of introducing the controversial new measure, PFI punishment, to kill off criminal gangs.
Death by PFI, in which a social or commercial organisation has the life snuffed out of it, has been deemed a cruel and unusual punishment by the EC. It involves hoodwinkng the victim, then pouring effluent all over them, until they become completely disorientated and beg to be released from their contract.
Crime bosses were said to ‘shocked’ at the announcement. ‘We perform a useful function in difficult conditions. OK, some might view our earnings as unsustainable, but the government’s actions are just unlawful,’ said one.
