A giant fly, created as a monstrous man/insect hybrid following a teleportation experiment gone horrifically wrong, was today still struggling to escape the confines of its teleportation pod over twelve days after its unfortunate creation.

Initial fears that the hideous genetic freak would inflict terror and mayhem on an unsuspecting public were quickly dispelled as the creature found its exit to the pod blocked by a transparent glass door. Reports indicate that the creature has now been banging against the transparent surface continually for the last twelve days, with an increasingly angry and perplexed expression on its abominable face. The horrific mutant was reported to be close to collapse last night, and experts predict that it is likely to convulse furiously on the ground for several hours before finally dying.
