Retailers slammed for selling ‘pervy’ school uniforms
David Cameron and Mumsnet joined forces today to criticise leading high street retailers for stocking fetish-like school uniforms aimed at girls as young as four.
The outfits, similar to those commonly worn by prostitutes, strippers and porn stars, consist of short black skirts, white socks and white blouses. Worryingly, some parents have reportedly been accessorising the outfits with lunchboxes, teddy bears and pencil cases and in extreme cases, by tying their daughters’ hair in pigtails.
‘Under a Conservative government, shops would be forced to stop selling these products at low prices that simply encourage parents to sexualise their children,’ said David Cameron.
‘And on a similar note, we would ban the disgraceful practice of dressing young boys in provocative outfits and parading them in front of lecherous old men. No matter how beautifully they sing Pie Jesu at Evensong.’
