T. Rex raised his pinky while drinking tea
After new intensive research of the fossilised remains of the king of the dinosaurs, the Palaeontology Department of the British Museum today revealed that the Tyrannosaurus Rex would have lifted his little finger into the air while taking a delicate sip from his morning or afternoon cup of tea.
‘We can tell this from the way the metacarpal bone is connected to the distal phalange bone’ said Professor James Sydney, ‘and from the creases in the forehead bone of the huge and vicious beast we can clearly deduce that he had difficulty finishing the Telegraph crossword.’
However some fundamental religious groups refuse to believe the ability to do the Telegraph crossword ever existed, asserting that the evidence of completed prehistoric puzzles has been left in railway carriages and on coffee tables by God to test their faith.
