14-year old boy ‘Wendy Licious’ expresses outrage at fake lesbian blogs
A 14-year old male from Gloucester has expressed his outrage at the exposure of a string of ‘fake’ lesbian blogs. The on-line journals, purportedly written by lesbians in Damascus and Washington, were actually written by lonely male Media Studies students.
‘I thought I’d made a real connection with these girls’, opined ‘Wendy’, (real name Malcolm). ‘I’d even had emails from the lady in Damascus, she seemed really interested in me, and what I was wearing’. Malcolm revealed that he had been saving the money from his paper round for 18 months, in the hope that he could fly out to Damascus to meet ‘Amina’.
‘I’d spoken to my mate Dave about it, and he was pretty sure I could convert her, if I made my move at the right time’, confessed Malcolm. ‘I’d given the plan a lot of thought: candles, a bottle of Shiraz, a tearful confession about my having a penis…I’ve given it a lot of thought. Some nights, I’ve thought about it until I could barely move my right arm any more’.
