Study: Removal of lead piping in conservatories leads to drop in murders
A research study has shown that some simple precautions such as removing candlesticks, lead piping and lengths of rope from rooms in the home can lead to a significant fall in the number of unexplained murders.
‘We found that there were far fewer violent fatalities in the Study and the Ballroom when people didn’t leave daggers and revolvers lying around,’ explained Professor Plum in the library. ‘Reverend Green hasn’t had to do a funeral for ages.’
The study was welcomed by army veteran Colonel Mustard, with the spanner in the Billiard Room.
