Fans of Kilmarnock Football Club have today suggested they are proud to have visited the finest places Europe has to offer and soak in the European culture after being knocked out by Connah’s Quay Nomads FC in the first qualifying round.
“When we qualified I said to my mates that we should try and go to all the games no matter the cost, and somehow we managed it!” stated Stuart, a Killie fan from Irvine. “I think we must have travelled a total of eight hours in the car, such a mental and long journey looking back on it.”
Graham from Kilmarnock enjoyed partying with the foreigners during the away games. “We had a crazy night in Connah’s Quay Labour & Community club, number seven of things to do in Connah’s Quay on Tripadvisor and number one in nightlife. I dreamed of visiting such places with my mates when we finished third last season, it was all I expected and more. Visiting the KFC in Charnock Richard Services on the way home was the icing on the cake.”
