Still-a-Prince Harry has underscored his commitment to become financially independent by already securing his first step in an exciting and challenging new career with a leading motor dealership in Berkshire.
An enthusiastic HRH was spotted in light conversation with the Receptionist and Assistant Parts Manager on his first morning, by potential customer Frank Warren who was browsing a nearby delivery mileage Corsa 1.0 SXi Elite.
Mr Warren said “I was musing whether the sticker PCP deal of £149 a month over 5 years after putting down £1,000 deposit then being left with £7,286.55 to pay at the end was a reasonable deal for a £9,499 car, when I overheard Harry enthusiastically asking his colleagues if they’d like white or brown sugar in their tea. He’s obviously keen to make a good impression.”
Mr Warren added that the Duke of Sussex seemed very jovial as he got zipped into an oversized Hulk suit and having a batch of glossy leaflets and a bunch of helium balloons thrust into his hands. He then marched confidently out onto the roadside at the dealership to wave and engage with passers-by to encourage them to come inside and view the range.
“He got quite a few cheery blasts of the horn from drivers and some waves too – although he did have to bat off some ginger-themed over-privileged wanker banter. He kept smiling I have to say.”
It’s understood Harry is attracted by the decent basic salary of £15,000 plus a generous commission scheme through which he expects to add “another £12 million or so” to his earnings.
