Hoy, Wiggins, Pendleton arrested for ‘incitement to block roads’
Sir Chris Hoy, Bradley Wiggins and Victoria Pendleton were arrested for encouraging thousands of condom-clad poseurs to clog up the roads as they try to emulate their heroes.
