ASA upholds Facebook profile complaint

The complaint had been made by Miss Walker’s old school friend James Burns, who had been following her on Facebook for years. ‘According to her profile she was ‘single’ and ‘interested in men’ he grumbled, ‘but when I made a move on her at a school reunion, she told me she was ‘sort of seeing someone’, and even considering becoming a lesbian or celibate.’
