Queen’s speech tops festive TV ratings after shock regeneration
Finalised BARB figures have revealed that the BBC won the 2009 winter ratings battle hands down, after over 20 million viewers tuned in to see Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II transmogrify into a much younger monarch.
