Crowd mosaic was changed to create picture of man’s genitals
An investigation was underway today after a so-called ‘crowd mosaic’ intended to illustrate an important FA message promoting England as World Cup hosts for 2018 was re-arranged to create an obscene picture of a man’s private parts.
