British public ‘elated but exhausted’ after trying to watch cycling for a week

Thousands of Brits have expressed their delight at Bradley Wiggins’ Tour de France win, but also admitted that they are ‘mentally and physically drained’ after pretending to be interested in cycling for a whole week.

Dastardly and Muttley paint tunnel on wall at Tour de France

Following Dick Dastardly’s dastardly plan to pop everyone else’s tyres yesterday, the leader of team ‘Le Batard’ has today painted a tunnel on a brick wall.

To everyone’s amazement, the peloton swept through this adhoc structure and on to the finish in the South West town of Pau. Team Le Batard however were left further behind as a result of colliding with a brick wall in an attempt to get back into the day’s main bunch.
