Government hopeful that every household will have someone on benefits by 2015
A pilot scheme has been running in parts of the country since the mid-1980s and is expected to be rolled out nationwide by 2015.

The Department for Work and Pensions has warned that the country’s benefits system is in danger of collapse as ex-MPs struggle to find employment outside Westminster and have to turn to state handouts.
‘It will help prepare children for when the time comes to claim benefits themselves.’
‘We need to get across the message that even if you’re unpopular, socially awkward and are struggling at school, it doesn’t mean you automatically have to become a drummer,’ said Tim Goffe of the Musician’s Union.
‘There’s no hiding from the fact that there were some really tough times for the work-shy during the boom years.’
