Taken as a series of aerial photographs, the 900 reported cases bear a startlingly resemblance to Roy Lichtenstein’s 'Spotty Swansea'. Previous winners include Damien Hirst, a burning skip and last year’s recipient, a small outbreak of Chlamydia in Bognor Regis.
