Uber invest in driver-less tax avoidance




Cars that have been unlicensed and uninsured, can now look forward to being un-detectable by HMRC. One Uber executive said: ‘The next logical step is to eliminate the passenger. Then we can have surge pricing followed by a bank transfer in less than five minutes - and no one to notice the meter is running.


‘Previously we had contractors not employees. Like we had ‘unforeseen collisions’, rather than accidents. But with the driver-less version everything will be virtual, like our accounting’
