Much to the surprise of social media users, sometimes other people hold different opinions, without being the spawn of satan. Remarked one teenager: 'I really dislike that guy's haircut, I'm pretty sure he's a terrorist.'
Of course it's just possible that the middle-aged ar$ehole who doesn't share your taste in movies is not a kitten molester or the cause of the black death.
Explained one sociologist: 'Statistically it seems unlikely that 99% of people you interact with are Nazis. Not even 99% of Germans in 1939 were Nazis - and, other than Lawrence Fox, they were arguably their biggest fans.'
